A ten working day period will be required for any customer cancellation of training. 

 

Cancellation within this period will result in the forfeit of all fees paid. 

 

It is the candidate's responsibility to check that their licence details are correct, any loss that may occur from non-compliance is the sole responsibility of the candidate. 

 

Please be aware that training times can be subject to change, due to operational purposes. 

 

Specific vehicles and instructors can never be guaranteed before or during a course. 

 

Please confirm your training times with the office team each day. 

 

It is the responsibility of every candidate to have their licence with them for everyday of their course and on their test day with 3a certificate. 

 

You will also be required to take your Theory/Hazard test to pass your practical test. 

 

It is the responsibility of the candidate to maintain contact with the company. 

 

If a period of six months expires with no contact from the candidate, all monies paid will be 

forfeited. 

 

Payment Terms: 

Deposit 1: £180.00 (non-refundable) 

Deposit 2: £400.00 (non-refundable) 

 

Balance Due: On or before the commencement of the first day of the practical training course. 

Method: Cash/debit card/credit card/BACS payment. 

 

The candidate is financially responsible for any damage sustained to the training vehicle throughout lessons and whilst on training and practical test should they be of any malice. 

 

When we deliver training to individual candidates, the candidate named on their driving licence remains financially responsible for all fees.
